  I placed an online order for a 5:40 pick up. When I got there at 5:40 I was told they were still waiting on my soup. 15 min later while all the hot food was sitting in a box to be bagged up the soup was finally done. When they were bagging the order they realized they forgot the rolls. Of course there were no rolls baked so there's another wait. I got out of there about 6:15 with a complete broasted chicken dinner cold. No apologies from Cindy, who appeared to be the manager or anyone else. I love ordering take out & having to reheat it all when I get home.

  Was disappointed that the menu items were not prepared the same way they are in other B. E. restaurants in towns. Service was spread thin.
